Should You Eat After 6 P.M.? Or It’s Just Another B.S.?

Yeah you got it right! Its totally another B.S.! None of this “diets” work. You have to understand that your body reacts to what food you take, when you take and what amount of food you take. So not eating isn’t best choice.

If you would re-search you would find that people who didn’t eat properly and when I say properly - I mean same amount of food, at the same time, they lost a lot of weight, but just for short term. After they lost lots of weight they started to get back to normal diet and what them? They gain so much weight, to be honest some people gained 2x more weight then they was, most of the time people get back to they’re previous weight and few pounds more. Why?

Remember I told that our body reacts to our actions?
People who stopped eating started to get the what I like to call it “Old Lady” syndrome. Old lady it’s just my term for what I will explain in this article. You see when people stop eating, they thing they will lose weight fast and that’s it. Well yeah they lose weight, because our body don’t have any food so he need energy to survive and he starts to break fat cells to provide organs with energy to stay alive. That way people starts to really get fast results and they think that’s it, we can go back to normal diet and when I will gain too much weight I again will starve to burn those fats. Our body isn’t dumb he sees that he doesn’t get food and he starts to store every little food intake that he can, because he don’t know when another wave of starving can come. So when people lose weight fast they start to think its the best diet, it’s easy and then they start to eat what they want because hey-ho they will use this starving diet again to lose weight if he or she will gain weight again. So when you start to eat normal our body starts to store everything in fact our body becomes warehouse of fats and energy. Even if you would take healthy food our body would still use it for later saving and most of fat people love not healthy food so imagine how much unhealthy food can provide with fat cells? That’s why people with this diet lose weight fast, but gains weight back more faster.

So coming back to our topic here, should you eat after 6 P.M. Or not? Well the answer is obvious. This is just a myth and if you go to bed like I do 4 A.M. So I would be starving for 10hours? That would lead to old lady syndrome 100% guarantee. But if you go to bed 8 P.M. Then you can use this technique. And one more thing - if you go for example 10 P.M. How many people do, then you can have your last meal 8 P.M. You will have 2 hours to use that energy that you got from food and you will be safe against old lady syndrome.

Supplements? You Don't Need Them. Really!

Hey guys, so today I got an interesting question about supplements. Some people are thinking that supplements are everything that they need(I was one of those guys on my early days). I was buying lots of new supplements that comes out and promise sky, but non of them was working for me and I was thinking that I have some problems in me or something that the same supplements work for other people, but not for me. But there was a secret, that I didn’t knew and most of people that I meet till don’t understand this or maybe I should say don’t know this.

You see those fitness models that are cut as hell they are getting paid to advertise on fitness magazines with supplements companies, but the interesting thing is that those fitness models was already cut. Now here’s the trick, they don’t use any of those supplements to get cut, slim, fit or build muscle. Well because we are here to lose some weight I will focus more on weight loss topic. So as I said they don’t use any of this supplements and also you don’t have to use them in order to look like them. If you really want to look like they do, do you know what you need to do? Diet, diet, diet and workout hard as hell. You see supplements are just supplements they don’t give you unfair advantages as many people think. Supplements only can help you from 10-20% and thats it no more and I’m talking about natural supplements and not about some steroids, who can give you 100% results or maybe more, but using steroids won’t help you in long run. Yes they will help you in short time to get really great results, but at the end of the day, you will have more health problems then you fink people can have. So back to the topic. If you want to look like those fitness models you need to have good diet.

We already had big article on diet topic, but I want to mention few things if you missed them or maybe forgot.

1. You need to eat at least 1g of protein per 1kg of your body weight to not burn muscle while you are in the gym, because when you are burning fats you also are burning muscles and for our body its more easier to burn muscle then fats, because it provides more energy. So in order to not burn your muscles you need to eat a lot of protein at least 1g per 1kg of your body weight, best option would be 2g per 1kg of your body weight.

2. Check out how much calories you need at calorie calculator. You can find one by searching in bing search engine, just wrote something like “calorie calculator” and you will find one. When you will enter all information that it needs, you will see results how much calories you need to lose weight. Make your diet as much as possible to those calorie numbers.

3. Don’t eat junk food. Yes you need carbohydrates, to run your body but carbs from not healthy food will only help you gain more weight instead of loosing. So make sure you eat only healthy carbs. You can eat pasta, rice, brown potatoes to get those carbohydrates that you’re body need.

4. Eat 6 times per day and at the same time. Why? Our body acts like old woman who stores everything if she thinks she will need it later on. Eating 1-3 times per day at different time will start telling your body, that he doesn’t get food often and he will be confused if he will get more food another day or maybe the next day after tomorrow, so he starts to store every nutrition and that’s when real weight gain kicks-in. You should split your 1-3 meals per day to 6 meals, that way you will eat same amount of calories, but you’re body won’t store carbs, fats. When he understand that he will get fed every day at same time, he will be using all nutrition from food, to increase your energy level, productivity of the day and our body won’t store anything, so by doing this you already will be losing some weight if you have your calories to point where you can lose weight.

5. And last step are working out. When you will have your diet in place you won’t be getting more fat cells, in fact you will be losing them slowly, but you need to get results fast yeah? So what is the best way to burn fasts? Go and workout! Workout hard! Working out hard will help you burn your fats, speed up your metabolism. The most important thing what people miss is - not only in the gym you burn fats, but also after it! Your body will feel tired, exhausted so he will need to recover hes energy level. To recover from hard work he will be breaking down fat cells when you will be talking, watching TV or even sleeping.

So going back to topic, when you will have your diet and workout plan set up, then you can use supplements like fat burners, to help you get to your goal faster. Keep in mind it will help you only about 10-20%, but they can’t help you in anyway if you will use them without diet and working out. I bet you hear a lot of stuff that loosing weight is hard and when I hear stuff like that it looks like its impossible to lose weight. Well mostly people talk like this, because they don’t know what they are saying or maybe they just want to sell you some supplements and make money, rather saying the truth about how to lose weight fast and easily. Now in this article I will share 3 most important things in order to lose weight. Seriously if you won’t cheat on yourself and you will be following this simple steps you will lose weight. 4 Simple & Fun Fitness Tips

This is simple things that will help you join in on the fun of exercise. It can be fun. But here are some things you need to know.

1. Take your time.
Go slow, skip stuff, fast-forward through the workouts, go for a walk instead of go for a run. Whatever you need to do, don’t be afraid to go at your pace, your speed, whatever you need. Focus on you and nobody else. And trust me, you’ll start to enjoy it.

2. You gotta be consistent.
Just like breathing or eating or brushing your teeth, it’s gotta happen often. 5-7 days a week - MWAH! Perfect. Get a calendar. Start making X’s on the days you work out. You get 20-22 X’s at the end of the month, you are killing it! That’s it, simple.

3. Add variety.
Do the pilates, do the yoga, do the weight-training, do the capoeira, do the crazy... Swing dance, whatever you wanna do! Mix it up, make it fun. The more you mix it up, the faster the results.

4. Push yourself!
This one’s a little bit scary, but don’t be afraid. Notice that you’re improving over tine. Don’t do it the same way on day 1 as you do day 60. Do more reps. Add more weight. Walk a little bit further. Whatever it is. Just make sure that over the course of time, you’re getting better.

Carbohydrates And Fats In Your Diet

If you don't know how much you need fats, then you can start taking around 50g/daily and only healthy fats or if you know your weight and you are serious then take 0.75g/1gk of your body weight. Example: you weight 75kg (76*0.75) and you get 57grams/day to consume fats. When it comes to carbohydrates, start by taking 250grams of carbs in one day or if you are serious girl/guy who wants best weight loss you should start taking 3grams of 1kg your body weight. Example: your weight 76kg (76*3) you should take 228g/day. Then for 5 weeks lower your carbohydrate intake by 20grams until you will feel low in energy, when you will feel low in energy add back 20grams of carbs to your diet and stay there. For example if you started to take 228grams of carbs/day, first week you will have 228g/day, second week 208g/day, third week 188g/day and so on. If you will start feeling low in energy at 3 week add back 20g of carbohydrates to you diet and stay at 208g/day till you will start losing your weight.

When your body weight will drop, then you can try lowering your carbs again by the same rules. Keep in mind there is people who cuts totally water, fats, carbs from diet but they cut for one week or few days, because of competition, because of some show or because he is actor and need to lose fast weight to get hes spot at movie or something.
